I know what your thinking..." ew Bexx why are you telling me to eat the green stuff that grows on rocks at the pond?!"
Allow me to explain:
Number one, I am not telling you to drive to your nearest pond and harvest the algae off the rocks and eat it (I mean you totally could do that if you wanted to, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it) because you'd probably make yourself sick.
Number two, Algae has a wide array of health benefits essential for us to remain vibrant into our old age! You'd be missing out if you didn't take advantage of all the nutrients Algae has to offer.
